Hi, I'd like to tell you a bit about myself and my business.  My name is Terri and I have been in the Ottawa area since 1988, and in Carleton Place since 2007.  I have 2 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren.  I am retired, after 30 years with the federal government and decided to turn two of my passions into something I can share with others. I'm an "artsy fartsy" kind of person and love to scrapbook, make cards and other crafts, and I love to bake.  After having taken several cake decorating classes over the last few years, and specialty classes in sugar flower design by well known sugar artists, I started combining my "artsy" side with my baking side and voilà, my new art palette was born.

My cakes are homemade and all the flowers, leaves, characters, etc. are made of icing, fondant, gumpaste or sugar and are 100% edible.

My designs are custom.  Sometimes the inspiration comes from a book or the internet,  but most often it comes from your imagination.  I have several books you can look through and pick from or just bring me your ideas and together we will make your vision a reality.  I look forward to doing business with you and am eager to start creating these enchanted cakes for you.
